Lift Truck Operators - Smyrna TN
Quality Staffing is Hiring!
Quality Staffing is currently seeking experienced Lift Truck Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Smyrna Tennessee. We are looking for dependable safety-focused individuals with forklift experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Candidates must have previous lift truck/forklift experience and be comfortable working at heights. If you are afraid of heights this position may not be the right fit.
Pay
$17.75 - $21.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate lift trucks forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load unload move stack and stage products and materials
- Transport inventory throughout the warehouse and storage areas
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform equipment inspections and report any safety concerns
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous lift truck or forklift operating experience required
- Experience in a warehouse distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be comfortable working at heights and not afraid of heights
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to lift move and handle materials as required
