About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and organised Lifestyle Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of engaging lifestyle programs within our aged care this role you will play a key part in enhancing residents quality of life by creating meaningful person-centred activities that promote connection independence and wellbeing.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who is creative proactive and enjoys leading programs that make a real difference every day. This role is full time and the salary range is $75000 to $85000 per annum super. Sponsorship Opportunities will also be available for the right candidate.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan develop and implement a diverse lifestyle and activities program
- Lead and coordinate group and individual activities tailored to residents interests and abilities
- Promote social cultural and community engagement opportunities
- Supervise and support Lifestyle Assistants and volunteers
- Build strong relationships with residents families and the care team
- Ensure programs align with aged care standards and individual care plans
- Coordinate events outings and special celebrations
- Maintain accurate documentation calendars and reporting
What You Will Bring
- Experience in lifestyle coordination activities or aged care (essential)
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or similar qualification
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for improving the lives of older people
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check or willingness to obtain this
