Summer Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons at the pool. Lifeguards monitor pool activities enforce safety rules and respond quickly in emergency situations.
Responsibilities:
Actively monitor swimmers and pool areas
Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines
Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid when needed
Maintain a clean and safe pool environment
Communicate clearly with patrons and team members
Participate in trainings and in-service sessions
