Job Summary
Broken Top Club located in Bend OR is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for aPart-Time Seasonal Lifeguard! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fastâpaced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon youll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Responsibilities:
- Surveillance: Actively scanning the pool preventing accidents and supervising activities.
- Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies activating the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and administering CPR/first aid.
- Maintenance: Inspecting facilities testing water chemistry and cleaning.
- Enforcement: Communicating and enforcing pool policies and rules professionally.
Qualifications:
- Current certification in Red Cross/YMCA Lifeguarding First Aid and CPR/AED.
- Strong swimming ability communication skills and the ability to act calmly in emergencies.
- Thursday - Saturday availability required.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
