A premier global law firm is seeking a Life Sciences Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing innovative life sciences biotechnology healthcare and technology companies throughout every stage of their business lifecyclefrom formation through financing growth public offerings and strategic exits.

24 years of corporate emerging companies venture capital capital markets or M&A experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience representing venture-backed private companies publicly traded companies investors or strategic buyers

Experience handling equity financings venture capital investments mergers & acquisitions corporate governance and general corporate matters

Experience advising public companies regarding SEC reporting ongoing disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters

Experience with registered equity offerings IPOs follow-on offerings and other capital markets transactions

Experience representing life sciences biotechnology healthcare pharmaceutical medical device or technology companies is preferred but attorneys with a demonstrated interest in the life sciences sector are encouraged to apply

Strong drafting negotiation analytical organizational and communication skills

Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Nationally recognized Life Sciences practice

Representation of cutting-edge biotechnology healthcare and technology companies

Exposure to venture capital financings IPOs M&A and public company matters

Significant client interaction and responsibility
