Were looking for a compassionate energetic Life Enrichment Coordinator to bring joy engagement and meaningful activities to our this role youll create a positive environment through group programs one-on-one interactions and special events that enrich daily life.

• Plan and lead fun purposeful activities for residents.
• Encourage and motivate residents to participate.
• Assist in transporting residents to and from activities and outings.
• Set up and maintain activity spaces supplies and decorations.
• Help schedule performers volunteers and special events.
• Support the activity budget and purchase supplies as needed.
• Build strong relationships with residents families and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1 year of experience in activities recreation or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate personality with strong communication skills.
• Positive energetic and team-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings weekends and holidays.
