Plan and lead engaging daily activities events games crafts exercise programs and special celebrations.
Create monthly activity calendars that encourage participation and enrich residents lives.
Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting socialization independence and purpose.
Encourage participation using creativity compassion and person-centered approaches.
Coordinate holiday celebrations community events entertainment and outings.
Maintain activity supplies equipment and common areas to ensure theyre organized and welcoming.
Transport residents to appointments outings and community events as needed.
Partner with families volunteers and local organizations to create memorable experiences.

Previous experience in senior living activities recreation or customer service is preferred.
A positive outgoing personality with a passion for working with older adults.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to lead engaging group activities.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive a passenger van.
Ability to work some evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
