Job Summary:

Cornerstone Management is seeking a creative energetic and resident-focusedLife Enrichment Aide to assist in activities that support the physical social intellectual and spiritual well-being of our senior living community. This is a hands-on people-centered role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement a variety of resident activities events trips and celebrations
• Encourage resident participation and create opportunities for them to share their talents and interests
• Assist in planning special programs around holidays and other meaningful occasions
• Communicate and collaborate with staff across departments to coordinate events
• Accompany residents to scheduled outings appointments and errands in the community van/bus
• Help coordinate transportation needs and maintain activity schedules
• Maintain a positive welcoming environment and foster strong resident relationships
• Support marketing events open houses and tours as needed
• Assist with administrative duties emergency calls and occasional front desk support

• MUST be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma required; some college or relevant training preferred
• Previous experience planning and running activities preferably in a senior living setting
• Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working with older adults and understanding their interests and needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
• MN Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement required
• Friendly compassionate and enthusiastic approach to resident engagement
