Licensed Vocational Nurse SNF- Full-Time

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers technical nursing care to Residents using the nursing process functioning as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Compensation for Benefited Full-Time Pay Scale

• Base Rate: $30.62$43.66 per hour (or $63689.60$90806.14 annually)
• Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
• Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay
• Hiring Incentive of $5000.00

Compensation for Non-Benefited Full-Time Pay Scale

• Base Rate: $36.74$52.38 per hour (or $76418.16$108954.02 annually)
• Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
• Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay

• Full-Time
• Night Shifts are 312 hours.

Experience:

• At least one (1) year experience as LVN

Education:

• Current California LVN license.
• Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree.
• Current CPR Certification.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to apply good clinical judgment plan work establish priorities and maintain flexibility.
• Proficient written and verbal skills.
• Ability to use a computer proficiently.

• Organizes and directs shift responsibilities and duties
• Participate in the planning implementation and evaluation of resident care.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physicians.
• Ensure that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.
• Review medications and completeness of information.

Our program is operational from 7:45am to 5:15pm Monday through Friday and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years.
