Licensed Therapist

• Provide individual and family therapy to an assigned caseload of clients.
• Conduct group therapy biopsychosocial assessments screenings and assist in the admissions process.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Participate in daily clinical meetings.
• Document all patient-related care in the patient electronic record in a timely manner.
• The Therapist will work collaboratively with internal and external case managers and other support service providers in the development of an aftercare plan that will facilitate recovery wellness and overall self-sufficiency.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients staff families agencies and referents.
• Ensure treatment documentation meets agency and professional standards per AHCA DCF and Joint Commission.
• Maintain professional ethics including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
  
  

• Licensed Clinician (LMHC LCSW or LMFT) or Registered Intern in the state of Florida.
• 1 year of experience working with individuals with a mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.
• Bilingual Preferred
• Experience in group facilitation and working with a multidisciplinary team.
• Well-versed in a variety of evidence-based modalities (e.g. DBT CBT MI).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills written and verbal communication strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with EMRs LOCUS ASAM AHCA DCF and Joint Commission.
• Level 2 Background Check and Drug Test required.
