We are seeking a Licensed Therapist for an opportunity with our healthcare organization! The Licensed Therapist will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals families and groups while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team. This position is responsible for conducting assessments developing treatment plans providing counseling services maintaining accurate documentation and supporting positive patient outcomes.
Compensation Package:
$70000 to $75000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)

Requirements:
Active Florida License as an LCSW LMHC or LMFT required.
Masters degree in social work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy or related field required.
Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
Experience providing individual family and group counseling services.
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
Strong assessment crisis intervention and case management skills.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
Provide individual family and group therapy services.
Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
Coordinate care with medical providers case managers and community resources.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
Educate patients and families regarding behavioral health conditions and treatment options.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and organizational policies and regulations.
Maintain productivity and quality standards established by the organization.
Support the organizations mission of providing compassionate patient-centered care.
