Job Summary

Licensed Therapist Substance Use Disorder (SUD) - Southeastern Family Project

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm

Annual Salary: $79036

The Southeastern Family Project (SEFP) provides gender-specific residential substance use treatment for non-pregnant pregnant and recently postpartum women diagnosed with substance use disorders. Licensed as both a 3.5 and 3.1 comprehensive residential treatment program SEFP offers a safe stable and supportive environment focused on stabilization recovery and the well-being of women and their families. The Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) provides clinical leadership and direct treatment services to women with serious substance use and co-occurring needs.

Key responsibilities include providing individual and group substance use and co-occurring interventions completing screenings and clinical assessments developing treatment plans coordinating medical and OB/GYN linkages and collaborating with high-risk obstetrical providers. The role also includes crisis intervention urine toxicology monitoring symptom and behavior management support of medication administration/self-administration care coordination and maintaining accurate Medicaid-ready documentation in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.


Required qualifications/skills:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Two (2) years of post-graduate related experience.
  • Extensive experience with the programs client population.
