In this role you will provide individual therapy services in a clinic setting utilizing your clinical expertise to assess diagnose and treat clients with a variety of mental health needs. You will develop individualized treatment plans maintain timely documentation and collaborate with a dedicated team to support positive client outcomes and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and other clinical modalities
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate accurate DSM-based diagnoses
Develop implement and update individualized treatment plans to support client progress and outcomes
Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high-quality client-centered care
Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
Respond promptly to client needs including urgent situations in both in-person and virtual settings
Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
Communicate proactively regarding clinical concerns that may impact clients or program operations
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment professionalism and ethical decision-making
Education Experience and/or Credential Qualifications:
Masters degree required in Clinical Psychology Mental Health Counseling Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field
OR Masters degree in a related field with:
At least 24 graduate-level semester hours in behavioral health-related coursework
Coursework and experience in clinical treatment assessment psychopathology and DSM diagnosis
Active licensure required: LCSW LPC-MHSP or LMFT
Clinical experience required (may include graduate-level practicum or internship experience)
Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Strong clinical assessment diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Ability to utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools effectively
Excellent communication skills across written verbal and virtual formats
Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health care and continuous professional growth
