Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) – Remote California – 1099

Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW LMFT LPCC or licensed Psychologist PsyD/PhD) to provide virtual mental health care as 1099 independent contractors.

This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70$80/hour flexible scheduling and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Please note: Applicants must hold an active unrestricted California license. We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.

• 100% remote

• Active unrestricted California license (LCSW LMFT LPCC or licensed Psychologist PsyD/PhD)
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
• Passion for providing culturally responsive client-centered care
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability

• Telehealth experience
• Licensure in multiple states
• Membership in Social Work Counseling MFT or PSYPACT compacts
• Additional language proficiency (Spanish is highly desirable)
• Experience working with diverse or underserved populations

• $70$80/hour
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Compensation within the posted range is based on relevant clinical expertise years of experience and licensure.
