About the Role
Stewards of Recovery is hiring licensed therapists LPCs LCPCs and LCSWs to providedirect mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment across outpatient andresidential settings. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking meaningful clinical work a stablecaseload schedule flexibility and opportunities for professional growth within acompassionate full continuum of care dual credentialled SUD and Mental Health are a certified eligible location for up to $70000 of NHSC loan repayment (dependent ondegree program and eligibility) and enjoy accreditation from the Joint Commission andcertifications from CARF (please see our website for more details ).

Responsibilities
Conduct mental health and co-occurring assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide individual group couples and family therapy
Work with clients receiving mental health and substance use treatment
Collaborate with outpatient and residential treatment teams
Complete documentation in the EHR system within 72 hours

Compensation
$60000-$80000 depending on experience licensure level and compensation structure
Billable and salary compensation options available
$2500 hiring bonus after 60 days of full-time employment
Compensation depends on experience certifications and schedule preference

Qualifications
Licensed in Idaho as an LPC LCPC LCSW or LMFT
Experience with mental health substance use or co-occurring treatment preferred
Comfortable facilitating groups
Familiar with utilizing an EHR system
Able to complete documentation within required timelines
