Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A LMFT-A LMSW) to join our Dallas-Lake Highlands TX team. Thisposition offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group ofpsychologists therapists and registered dietitians in a supportive andprofessionally enriching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an LPC-Associate LMFT-Associate or LMSW in the State of Texas.
• Masters degree in Counseling Psychology Social Work or a related field.
• Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention individual and group therapy.
• Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards state regulations and clinical protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• A demonstrated passion for working within a client-centered team-based clinical setting.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and strongly encouraged to apply.
