What You Will Do:

• Train and develop field electricians.
• Work with dispatch to assign the right technician to each job.
• Provide coaching and hold your team accountable to performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Educate customers on upgrades and additional services.
• Maintain communication with dispatch management parts and installation teams.
• Ensure a professional appearance and deliver 5-star customer service.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience as an electrician and leading a service department.
• A passion for training coaching and developing electrical careers.
• Ability to inspire high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Honesty integrity and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics crawl spaces basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing kneeling and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g. ladders elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
