Key Responsibilities

Do you enjoy providing patients with care that enhancestheir quality of life as an LPN Some duties include:

  • Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients.
  • Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift.
  • Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated.
  • Document in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the treatment team.
  • Follow policies and procedures while providing care.

Qualifications

  • Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utah.
  • You must successfully pass a criminal history check.
