Job Summary

Hiring: LPN Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: New Lisbon WI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Full-Time PM Shift (2 PM 10 PM) Every Other Weekend

Requirements:
Active Wisconsin LPN License
Current BLS/CPR Certification
LTC experience preferred
Experience with medication administration and patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
