Job Duties of Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Schedule: 1st 2nd 3rd shift -4hr/8hr/12hr shifts available
• Personal care and supervision of CNA and STNA
• Records all pertinent care and observations in patient record as directed by facility
• Other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

• Must have access to reliable transportation
• LPN License
• Current CPR TB Physical
• Clean background check and drug screen
