We are seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to work at the St. Judes powered by Premise Health located in Memphis TN.
Enjoy a true work-life-friendly schedule with flexible second-shift options including approximately 12 PM8 PM or 1 PM9 PM and the choice of 32 or 40 hours per week.
What Youll Do
Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers and within scope of practice
Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care observes reactions to treatments and specimen collection such as urine blood and sputum based on provider orders
Maintains medical equipment ensures a clean and safe environment and follows infection control procedures
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Performs other duties as assigned
