Hourly Rate: $55.00/hour

Weekly Pay: Up to $2200/week

We are hiring a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/T-LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Bennington VT. This role offers excellent weekly pay a consistent night shift schedule overtime opportunities and fast placement.

• Deliver direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.

• Monitor resident conditions record vital signs and perform assessments.

• Administer medications injections treatments and wound care.

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing grooming feeding mobility).

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR/EHR documentation.

• Collaborate with RNs physicians and care teams.

• Ensure a safe clean and supportive care environment.

• Active LPN or T-LPN License (State or Compact if applicable).

• Current BLS Certification.

• Experience in LTC SNF Rehab or Nursing Home preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
