Location: Vestal New York
Shift: Day Shift 5x8-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 6:45 AM 3:15 PM
Contract Duration: 16 Weeks

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in Vestal New York. This opportunity is within a large state-run long-term care and rehabilitation facility that provides skilled nursing memory care rehabilitation therapies wound care and specialized support services.

The ideal candidate will have prior LTC or related clinical experience and be comfortable caring for elderly patients including those with Alzheimers and Dementia diagnoses.

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Monitor and document patient conditions and changes in status
• Assist with treatment plans and daily patient care activities
• Support residents with Alzheimers and Dementia-related care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting
• Ensure compliance with facility policies infection control and patient safety standards
• Promote a compassionate and supportive patient care environment

• Active New York State LPN/LVN License required
• No license hits permitted
• Proof of active license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Candidates with recent Rehab Med-Surg or Hospital experience will also be considered
• Current BLS Certification required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong communication and patient care skills
