Interim HealthCare is seeking an exceptional LPN to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a medically complex pediatric client in her home. Youll be caring for a bright engaging young girl who thrives with a team that supports her growth comfort and well-being. Her care needs include:
- Developmental delays
- Deafness
- Non-verbal communication
- G-tube feedings
- Seizure monitoring and management
As part of her dedicated care team youll help create a safe nurturing and enriching environment while providing skilled nursing care tailored to her individual needs.
Per Diem
- MondayFriday
- 7:00 AM5:00 PM
- No holiday requirement
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home setting
- Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan
- Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately
- Manage G-tube feedings and related care
- Assess and document patient status and changes in condition
- Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary care team
- Support the clients comfort safety and quality of life
- Locally owned and operated office with responsive clinical support
- Weekly pay
- No holiday requirement

- The autonomy of home care with the support of an experienced clinical team
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience within the past five years preferred
- Home care or pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required (renewal classes provided by Interim HealthCare)
- Strong clinical assessment communication and documentation skills
