Full-Time 40 Hours/Week
8-Hour Mixed Shifts
7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Days)
3:00 PM 11:30 PM (Evenings)
Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week long-term care assignment in Falmouth MA. The LPN will provide compassionate resident care administer medications and treatments supervise nursing assistants and support daily clinical operations in a skilled nursing facility environment.
Supervise nursing assistants and support resident care activities
Administer medications treatments and nursing procedures
Maintain accurate patient documentation charts MARs and care plans
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Perform wound care catheterization tube feedings and specimen collection
Take and document vital signs
Assist with admissions discharges and care planning
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Provide education and support to residents and families
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Active Massachusetts LPN License required
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Current BLS / CPR / AED certification required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
Ability to supervise nursing assistants effectively
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing standards
Ability to meet physical job requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs
