What Youll Do
- Provide compassionate resident-centered nursing care
- Support the development and implementation of resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs providers CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Help ensure residents receive safe high-quality care every day
What Youll Need
- Current LPN license in Washington State or (or NLC eligible)
- Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
