Job Summary
Serene Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term contract assignment at a premier senior living community in Bellingham Washington.

- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Coordinate with caregivers providers and facility leadership
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Current Washington State LPN or RN license in good standing
- Previous Assisted Living Memory Care Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
