Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to provide compassionate high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing setting. This overnight role offers consistency competitive pay and a mission-driven culture.

  • LPN PIB: $39.00/hr PRN: $34.00/hr
• Sign-On Incentive: Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus. Bonus is subject to a 12-month employment commitment and paid according to the organizations sign-on incentive program guidelines.
• Schedule:
  • Full-time 7:00pm7:00am night shift
  • PRN (On-call minimum 4 shifts per month and 1 weekend shift per month)

What Youll Do:

• Provide compassionate holistic care to residents supporting their overall well-being
• Conduct assessments monitor health status and contribute to individualized care planning
• Ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention and support to thrive physically emotionally and mentally
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families to foster a respectful supportive environment

Required Qualifications:

• Active Illinois LPN license
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
