Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM5:00 PM

Pay Range: $26/hr and up depending on experience

Experience Required: 23 years

Specialty: Internal Medicine (Dermatology experience preferred)

About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering safe compassionate and efficient patientcentered care. Working under the direction of an RN provider or other licensed clinician the LPN supports clinical operations across a busy internal medicine practice with dermatology exposure.

This role requires a detailoriented reliable nurse who can triage effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands throughout the day. Youll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and document vital signs height weight and medical history in the EHR
• Administer medications injections and immunizations following safety protocols
• Perform basic wound care specimen collection and pointofcare testing (glucose urinalysis pregnancy tests)
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and examinations; prepare and position patients
• Support providers during procedures maintaining sterile technique and preparing instruments
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report findings promptly
• Reinforce patient education on medications treatments and lifestyle instructions
• Prepare exam rooms manage room turnover and restock supplies
• Schedule appointments followups and diagnostic tests
• Communicate effectively with patients families and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in outreach activities (followup calls medication refills preventive reminders)
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
• Ensure infection prevention equipment maintenance and safety standards are followed
• Uphold HIPAA OSHA Joint Commission and state/federal regulations
• Participate in training continuing education and competency assessments
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to patients and internal team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• 23 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• BLS certification required
• Experience in internal medicine; dermatology experience preferred
• Strong skills in injections vitals wound care and triage
• Ability to multitask prioritize and remain flexible with daily demands
• Detailoriented reliable and committed to patientcentered care
• Excellent communication teamwork and customer service skills
• Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows

Compensation Range:

$24.20

to

$36.30

The anticipated base salary range represents the Companys good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience skills qualifications geographic location internal equity and business needs.
