Schedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours per Week

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Elkins WV. The selected candidate will provide quality patient care support daily nursing operations and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Support patients with daily living activities and healthcare needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment protocols.
• Adhere to facility policies safety standards and infection control procedures.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care rehabilitation skilled nursing or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication organizational and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
