Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long-Term Care

Location: Bismarck North Dakota
Duration: 8 Weeks

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts 36/48 Hour Rotation

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications treatments and therapeutic interventions.
• Perform routine nursing assessments and document findings accurately.
• Report significant changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Assist with admissions transfers and discharge processes.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of resident care plans.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies nursing standards and state regulations.
• Promote a safe comfortable and resident-centered environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

• Active North Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling rotations.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate resident-focused care.

• Previous Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience working with geriatric populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
