Shift: Night Shift 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Position Type: Contract (10 Weeks)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care during night shifts administer medications monitor patient conditions and support the nursing team in delivering safe and effective healthcare services.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and assess patient conditions including vital signs and report changes promptly
• Assist residents with daily care activities and support individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and electronic medical records
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses CNAs physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards patient safety guidelines and facility policies

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong clinical judgment communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
