Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours per Week

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Elkins WV. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care support patient well-being and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs symptoms and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Previous long-term care skilled nursing rehabilitation or clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
