Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours per Week

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Elkins WV. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care support patient well-being and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Support patient comfort safety and daily care needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.
• Follow facility policies infection control standards and safety procedures.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care rehabilitation skilled nursing or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication organizational and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
