Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 14-week contract assignment in a supportive long-term care and skilled nursing environment. • Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor assess and document patient conditions and responses
• Collaborate with physicians Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Support patient comfort safety dignity and overall well-being
• Assist with care planning and patient education as needed

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication documentation and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
