Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs)and Physicians. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs administering treatments and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient supervisedand delegated by a registered nurseprovidesdirect patient carein accordance withapplicable scope and standards of practice.

How youll contribute

A Clinic LPN who excels in this role:

• Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
• Performs plan of care interventions including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Assists RN with development of plan of care.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation.
• Monitors documents and communicates patient status and responses to interventions with RN physician patient and family.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What were looking for:

• Education: Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.
• License: Current LPN to practice in the state.
• Certifications: BLS required
• Previous Clinic experience preferred
