Job Summary
Join Baystate Healths ambulatory care team and make a difference every day by providing compassionate patient-centered care. As an LPN youll work alongside physicians advanced practice providers and nurses in a collaborative outpatient setting where your clinical skills and contributions are valued.
- 40 Hour per week
- Monday-Friday
- Room patients and complete clinical intake including vital signs and health history
- Assist providers during exams and procedures
- Perform EKGs specimen collection point-of-care testing and other clinical procedures
- Administer medications and immunizations within LPN scope of practice
- Educate patients and coordinate follow-up care
- Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current Massachusetts LPN license
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Previous healthcare experience required
- Outpatient or physician practice experience preferred
