Salary rate of $36.23/hour.

We offer $4/hour differentials on evenings & $3/hour differentials on nights with an additional $1/hour on weekends.

Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our teamat Big Muddy River Correctional Centerin Ina Illinois.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Schedule: Full-time Night Shift 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.

The schedule includes rotating weekends. When Saturday and Sunday are worked the following Monday is scheduled off. When Saturday and Sunday are off the following Wednesday is scheduled off.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
