Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and support during assigned day shifts
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team

Follow infection control patient safety and facility care standards
Requirements
Active LPN license required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Must be available for 12-hour day shifts
State/federal issued ID and facility photo badge required at all times
