About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week long-term care opportunity in Honokaa Hawaii. This role supports skilled nursing and long-term care residents with medication administration treatments assessments and daily care needs. Candidates must be flexible with varied shifts weekends holidays and OT rotation as needed.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments according to resident care plans
Assist with assessments ADLs skin treatments and daily resident care needs
Provide wound vac care CPAP care gastrostomy tube care and nebulized treatments
Document care accurately using EPIC
Support resident safety comfort and quality care in a long-term care setting
Requirements
active Hawaii LPN license required by start of assignment
BLS/BCLS certification required
minimum 1 year of LPN experience required
long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exception required before contract start
