| COMPLIANCE NOTES |
- Traveller must reside within 100 miles of the facility - candidates beyond this radius will not be accepted
- Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
- Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series or present a documented religious/medical exemption from their employer
- Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law
- Dress code: nurses wear navy blue; appropriate work shoes required - Crocs are not permitted per facility policy
- RN rate notice: RNs working weekdays (3rd shift Sunday through 2nd shift Friday) are paid at the centres approved LPN rate
| REQUIREMENTS |
Must-Have
- Active state LPN/LVN licence (or compact licence eligibility) - current and in good standing
- Point Click Care (PCC) EMR experience - required
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
