What Your Day Looks Like: Thisskilled nursing facilityis a78-bed facility where you will exercise a number of skills including:assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration conducting resident assessments monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will be:
- Developing relationships with our residents
- Facilitatingresident admissions and discharges
- Assisting in the development of the residents Plan of Care
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent and LPN certification
Experience: Patient Care
Skills: Multitasking attention to detail organizational skills
Licensure/Certification: LPN
Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods of time and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
