Relient Health is recruiting licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Florida. These are full-time direct-hire permanent placement PT positions (not travel not contract not PRN).

Opportunities may be available in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) retirement communities hospitals outpatient clinics pediatric settings and home health depending on the specific location.

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA nursing assistant medical assistant or therapy aide position.

Compensation & Benefits

Typical Compensation Range: $43-58/hr
(Compensation varies by market setting and experience)

Clinical Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide quality compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Document care in EMR systems per state federal and facility standards
Promote functional independence safety and quality of life

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Florida PT license or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in an available Florida market
Authorized to work in the United States
