What the Job Looks Like:

Youll deliver one-on-one physical therapy treatments at a single assisted living facility in Port Jervis implementing individualized care plans under the supervision of a PT. No travel between patients no home visits. Your schedule is flexible and built around your availability with a dedicated admin team handling coordination and documentation support behind the scenes. Shadowing is available if youd like to see the setup before committing.
