Full-Time or Part-Time Outpatient Clinic Private Practice Scotts Valley CA 95066
Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Scotts Valley CA is seeking a Physical Therapist for either a Clinic Director or Staff-Level position. Full-time (40 hours/week) is preferred but candidates with 16 hours and 2 days of availability per week will also be considered.
We are looking for a personable clinician with strong communication skills. New graduate PTs will be fully supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
Treat patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload
Pelvic health caseload options are available
Opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue advanced certifications
Full-time PTs can expect to treat approximately 55 patients per week
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time salary range: $96000$115000 per year depending on experience and qualifications

Job Requirements:
Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist
New grad PTs supported and mentored (staff-level role)
4 years of experience required for Clinic Manager role
