Full-Time or Part-Time Outpatient Clinic Private Practice Ashland MA 01721

Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Ashland MA is seeking a Physical Therapist. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is preferred but candidates with 30 hours and 4 days of availability will also be considered.

We are looking for a personable clinician with strong communication skills. New graduate PTs will receive a year-long mentorship program for support and professional growth.

Caseload / Patient Population:

  • Treat patients of all ages in a general orthopedic caseload

  • Pelvic health caseload also available; opportunities to structure your schedule around your specialty

  • 1:1 patient care with 40-minute appointments

  • Support for specialty development and advanced certifications

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full-time salary range: $78000$95000 depending on experience and qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist

  • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

  • New graduate PTs supported and mentored
