Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Norfolk MA is seeking a Clinic Manager or Staff-Level Physical Therapist. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is preferred but candidates with 30 hours and 4 days of availability will also be considered.
We are looking for a personable clinician with strong communication skills. New graduate PTs will be supported through a year-long mentorship program with a path to management for those interested.
Caseload / Patient Population:
Treat patients of all ages in a general orthopedic outpatient setting
Opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue advanced certifications
1:1 patient care with 40-minute appointments
Clinic Managers spend approximately 85% of their time in direct patient care and 15% on management and administrative duties
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time salary range: $78000$95000 depending on experience and qualifications

Job Requirements:
Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred for the Clinic Manager role
New graduate PTs supported and mentored
