Position Summary Brief

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership strategic direction and operational success of the facility. This executive provides leadership across all functional areas including human resources clinical operations compliance and quality finance business development community relations and resident and family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility ensuring a safe efficient and caring environment for residents and staff.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal state and local laws regulations and licensing requirements governing skilled nursing facilities.

  Financial Oversight: Manage budgets financial planning and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health.

• Staff Development: Recruit train and retain qualified staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
• Community Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the facility residents families and the broader community to promote the facilitys mission and services.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the applicable state.
• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Preferred

• Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field.
• Experience improving quality outcomes occupancy employee engagement and financial performance.

Compensation
