THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Senior Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for full-time permanent placements across two Vermont locations: Berlin (05602) and Middlebury (05753). The Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational clinical regulatory and financial oversight of the facility reporting to senior organisational leadership. This is an in-person site-based role; remote work is not available. Three openings are available across the two locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
Active Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) License - current and in good standing
Previous experience in both an LHNA and Assistant Administrator capacity
Minimum 2 5 years of nursing home / long-term care administrator experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Ideally 10 years of LHNA experience
