Schedule: Friday-Sunday (7pm-7am)
Pay Range: Up to $26-28/hourly (inclusive of weekend / overnight differentials)

Granite VNA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Hospice House this rewarding role youll provide comfort dignity and quality-of-life care to residents while supporting their families and working closely with our caring clinical team.
What Youll Do
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing grooming eating mobility transfers and incontinence care.
- Follow individualized care plans and observe document and promptly report changes in residents conditions.
- Create a safe clean comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Support residents with cognitive needs and encourage participation in activities that are meaningful to them.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents families nurses and other care team members.
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Follow safe work practices agency policies and LNA scope of practice.
